1. Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@reboxstyle.shop within this 30-day period. After the 30-day return window, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns

In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item must not be a final sale or clearance item (unless otherwise stated).
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Intimate or sanitary products (underwear, socks, etc.)

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@reboxstyle.shop to arrange the process.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.
